Quick answers to the most common questions.
Some municipalities do not open online registration.
Not all cities allow online registration: some only use our services for FPS payment/challenge, others manage registration directly.
If your city doesn't appear in the registration, contact its parking service to find out what to do.
Conditions vary by municipality: consult your local city administration.
The conditions for parking with a Mobility Inclusion Card (CMI) vary from one municipality to another.
We recommend contacting your city hall or parking services directly to find out the applicable rules. In case of a FPS dispute, the inclusion card can be attached as proof.
Refund requests are handled by your city, of which we are the provider.
For any refund request, contact the city first involved in the transaction.
As a service provider for your municipality, we do not have the decision power on these requests, but we remain available if your city needs clarification.
An unusual fare often comes from a price change, a different duration, or a different zone.
Several reasons can explain a difference:
The fare has changed: your city can update the price of a zone at any time;
The duration differs: check that it aligns with what you wanted;
The zone is not correct: prices vary from one zone to another.
In the case of a refund request, we invite you first to contact the city concerned by the transaction (parking service or city hall).
The email usually arrives immediately; check your spam.
The reset email is sent immediately. If it doesn't appear:
check your junk mail (spam) folder;
make sure you have entered the exact email address of your account;
wait a few minutes and try again.
From the Identifiers tab in your space, with your current password.
Open your space, then the Identifiers tab (or Personal Information) and select email address modification. Your current password is required, and a reconnection will be suggested afterward.
Most tickets are available the next day once the transaction has been processed.
Many tickets are only visible the next day, as the transaction is pending processing by our bank provider (marked as "Processing").
Please also check the filters in the history (vehicle, period) and, if you parked elsewhere, select the correct city.
Subscription requires a validated parking right from the municipality first.
To subscribe, your vehicle must first have a validated parking right from your municipality (for example a resident right).
Make this request via the electronic counter (if available for your city, otherwise you must contact your city directly). Once the right is granted, the subscription becomes available in the Subscriptions tab.
Usually within 7 days, but the time depends on your municipality.
Your application is forwarded to the city's services and usually reviewed within 7 days. The time may vary according to each municipality's procedures.
You are informed by email of the acceptance, refusal, or a request for additional information. Some cities then send a sticker to be affixed to the windshield.
Often related to 3D Secure verification: try again later or from a different browser.
For the security of your payments, we use the 3D Secure standard, which adds an identity verification. Sometimes our banking provider declines a card when this verification fails.
In this case: try again later, check your card's limit, or try from a different browser (a cache issue may also be the cause).
Some specific rates depend on validation from your municipality.
If the desired rate does not appear, it may require special validation by your city (e.g., a resident right to request at the electronic counter).
We invite you to contact the parking service (or the town hall) of the concerned municipality to know the appropriate procedure.
This means it does not use our services for the FPS.
If your city does not appear in the list, it does not use our services for the payment or contestation of FPS.
Please check the payment / contestation method indicated on your notice, and if necessary contact the parking service of the municipality. Some cities handle online payments but not contestations (or vice versa).
The Post-Parking Fee replaces the paid parking fine in France.
The FPS (Post-Parking Fee) is the charge due when paid parking has not been settled, or is insufficient. It has replaced the parking fine in France; its amount is set by each local authority.
If paid quickly, it often benefits from a reduced rate. After the deadline, a payment notice is issued by the ANTAI.
It is the mandatory appeal to file before any challenge of an FPS.
The RAPO (Mandatory Preliminary Administrative Appeal) is the procedure to be followed to challenge an FPS. It must be filed before any recourse to the judge, within the indicated time frame on your notice.
